トレーサビリティやらユビキタスやら
インターネットな世の中になって、つながることや、その経路が透明化されることがより簡単になってきて、それはそれでとてもいいことだ。
しかし、朝飯とか食ってると、どうもやはり可笑しなことにいろいろ気づいてしまう。
例えば「野菜」。農作物とかは、まあ、無農薬とか有機栽培とか、そういう観点はけっこう気にしていたけど、どうもそれだけではない。というか、ちょっと違う気がしてきた。
これは実感でしかなく、で実感以上のものなんだけど（笑）、野菜は鮮度が一番だ。鮮度というと大事なのは、近場で採れたということ。農薬とかそういうことより近場。これは実感で学んでほしい。身体に貞いてみれば、そうとしか思えないから。
例えば、近所に畑があったら、その畑にいるおばちゃんに野菜を売ってもらう。それを食べる。それだけ。
だからトレーサビリティが明瞭になるのは、いいことだとは思うけど、それで、知らない土地のいろんなマージンがかかった無農薬野菜を高く買って、健康な感じがしてるのは変だって。
