自分パラダイム

トヨタ式「管理者育成」ノート―変化しつづける企業づくり

この本を本屋の平積みで見た時は、「仕事との関連からいうと直接のネタにはならないけどなんか気になるなあ」という程度だったのだけれど、手にとって裏表紙をめくったとたん「買わないと！」と思った。

なぜならば、表紙カバーの後ろ側の折り返し部分（表3）に、著作者の金田さんのプロフィールが写真付で掲載されているのだけれど、この顔写真がど迫力で語りかけてきた。「これを買って読め」と。

読んでみて、さらに「ははぁー」とひれ伏すほどに感銘を受けた。

●企業活動は常に変化し続けなければならない
●変化とは、パラダイム（思い込み）を変換すること

大きな要点はこの2点に尽きると思うが、これは企業に限らず、個人の一生にもあてはめて考えるべきだなと。

本書では、企業活動を行っている当事者たちが、その企業のパラダイムに気づくことがいかに難しいかが語られていますが、自分のパラダイム（思い込み）に気づくのは、もっと難しいかも。

自分で意識してパラダイム破りに励んでいる人もいるだろうし、何かのきっかけでふと気づく場合もある。気づかないまでもなんとなく流されて不本意ながらもパラダイムを破っているケースもあるのではないか。そう考えると、自我を強く持てば持つほど難しくなってくるような。。。。。

実際自分の脆弱な経験からも、いろんな節目でそれまでの自分パラダイムから逃れることで助かってきたと思えることが多々ある。

とまあ、そんなことを色々考えさせられ、なおかつ読めば読むほど元気が沸いてくる書物です。もし、身近に金田さんみたいな人がいたら、まずはついていきますね（笑）
