肝臓病教室
ネタが古くなってしまいましたが、先週の土曜日に慶應大学病院で肝臓病教室に誘われたので行ってきました。
●肝臓病講義（テーマ：検査）
●肝臓病の栄養指導
●グループワーク
という構成でした。
グループワークというのは、参加者どうしが５～６人のグループになり、自由に会話するというもの。グループワーク中には、主催の先生や栄養士さんが順にまわってきて質問に答えたりアドバイスをしてくれます。
グループワークが始まる前は、正直言ってあまり盛り上がらないんじゃないかと思っていました。でもいざはじまると意外や意外、常連の参加者を中心に話の輪が広がっていくんですね。
よく考えてみると、肝炎患者同士が話をする場なんて普通ありません。これだけでもすごいことなんだなあと実感しました。あと見ず知らずの人たちが集まって、素性も知らないまま共通の病気の話題だけでコミュニケーションするというのは、とてもスムーズなんですね。自分の血液検査の結果表とか見せ合うのも何の抵抗もないし、ソーシャルネットワークの肝炎フォーラムでチャットしてる感覚というか、肩の力を抜いて話ができるという感じ。
主催者の先生がこんな趣旨のことを言ってました。「日本の医療教育は、患者とのコミュニケーションについて何も教えていない」
なるほどと思いました。
